If there are any changes to your order, or if more details are required, you will be informed.
If we are unable to complete your order within 45 working days, a refund will be started and processed based on the bank's resolution timeframe.

We will cancel an order and issue a full refund if a cancellation request is received prior to the order being processed or confirmed.

Order cancellations after processing are discouraged, and order efficiency is our top priority.

Orders that have left the warehouse may be cancelled or returned with a ₹50 deduction.
Orders that are paid for in cash (COD) will have a maximum delivery cost stated at the time of checkout.

After a customer uses reward points for an order and then requests to cancel that particular order, more reward points will not be awarded.
It is not possible to mix two codes and use them for a single order. We acknowledge that the specifics of the incentive program may be unclear to some customers.
